Just another over polished die example. The roof and the 'FG' will be weakened, and sometimes the statue will be weakened. They are just die event coins. (When the die was new, it was totally normal. The die polishing weakened those devices. They are common.

PCGS was listing these for slabs, but realized early on they were common to find that year. So they stopped slabbing them.
