Good afternoon CC. Can someone please help me identify if this 1970 S Proof Roosevelt dime is a doubled die obverse or simply Mechanical Doubling. It seems like MD because the "doubling" seems more flat than anything. And please let me no if better images are needed for a particular picture. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Proofs, which are struck twice, can often show this type of doubling.
