What is the rare one up or down . Mine don't have the other end of an arrow.

Sorry, it's not an error or the wounded eagle variety, it's just a damaged coin.

Just damage to the dollar. This is what a Wounded Eagle looks like.
It only appears on the 2000P Dollars.
Also it is not an Error, it is a Variety, big difference.
