This coin appears to have two Cuds.

Those a nice die chips. For numismatic purposes, Cuds are features associated with a coin's rim.

Die breaks. When enough of the metal is missing it changes from die crack, die chip

Die crack and a single chip.
When the metal on the breaks away event more, then it is considered a die break. That is what you have on that area of the design.

Cuds always involve the rim. These would be die chips.
