This 1963 penny is interesting, Lincoln looks like he is wearing a Yamaca in the last picture & there has been some kind of print over by the looks of it!

it is just stains on the surface probably cause by other penny. Upper the scull it show a big hit. Not happened to the mint.

Also the devices moving towards the rim are a swollen master hub and worn working die issue. In 1969 they created a new master hub after the 1968 devices moving into the rim issue:
