tried moving chip in the 8 with toothpick, error or not

Hard to tell if it is a plating bubble or a Die Chip but in either case,
it is not considered an error and adds no value.

Actually this is a broken post issue, but the post broke off below the fields. Thus why the center of the '8' is showing a metal distortion way above the mintmark. While unique looking, no premium you might save it for a show and tell for a new collector? Hard to find them later on when you want to show one. Put these items into a large tube and you will have something new to show to a new collector.
