Slight Machine Doubling affecting the one side of the devices on the obverse. (Motto area) Also a grease issue on the 'T' on the first 'T' on Trust. Note how that device is wider than formal as the top of the device was blocked with grease. The reverse is showing Machine Doubling vertically from the top to the bottom. Note the Hand and the Tops of the letters on her name is showing s slight push. Here is an overlay:
