Trouble Posting Photos With Pixlr-X

GERMANICVS Pillar of the Community Germany 1768 Posts	Posted 02/07/2023 05:29 am I noticed that the forum switched over to PIXLR-X editor a while ago as the tool to use to edit (resize below 300 KB) and upload photos. This worked for me for while, but yesterday I ran into trouble: the service is no longer free but requires a subscription. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but I am not even able to pay using PayPal although this is one of the two payment options. Has anybody else ran into this problem? - how to fix it or get around it ? Thanks for any help Report this Post to the Staff

bobby131313 Forum Dad United States 22361 Posts	Posted 02/07/2023 06:56 am Yeah, this just happened. You'll have to find another online editor or get something locally. I use Irfanview. It's free and does a fantastic job. It can even convert to webp which is the new standard for the internet, much larger images can be used. Shop CCF Members on eBay. Report this Post to the Staff

I have to find the time. In the meantime there is plenty of software out there to use. Windows and most phones has it built in, don't know about mac. Shop CCF Members on eBay.
