As the title suggests, I want this coin identified, but when I try to search it up, I haven't found it. The only coin it most closely resembles is this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces27328.html but the coin I'm pretty sure isn't silver. Could anyone help by identifying this?

That casing doesn't give me confidence in the coin.

I don't think it is silver. It is extremely rare. So fake definitely

Hello! Your coin, as it shows up, NEVER EXISTED!
Almost zero collectable value because it is a COPY of the above shown silver coin,with only 480 pieces minted.
