I like the rim mis-alignment. I think this would grade VF-25.

This coin looks close to EF from my angle. It doesn't quite make it though. The first reverse pic is a bit blurry, but from what I can see the right wheat ear seems have significant wear. I'll go choice VF as ceaton noted.
