I want to build my own website showcasing my coin collection. I have purchased my domain name and have started to take photo's of all of my coins.

Now I need some advice on the rest of the process. I am not sure what software to use. This would be my first try at any type of web site. So any suggestions would be great.

I use Yahoo web site builder.

Have been using it for years now for my RV clubs web site and find it very easy to use. They use to have a FREE web site you could build and host there guess they still do.

I was a computer professional for years though.

But I find there site builder pretty user friendly, you can add photos ect almost can do anything with it.

Here is the web likn for you.

I actually build mine completely from scratch -- OK it doesn't look professional - but I only needed about 12 "html" commands and the rest was cut and paste

Actually there is a website already set up to display coins. You might want to use that instead. I have my coins listed there. Check out http://www.omnicoin.com

There's a bazillion free website templates out there. Check 'em out. I use Gallery software for my picture albums - it's free, too - and it does OK with the 2000px images that choke other softwares.
