To my eye, the best diagnostic is the spacing of the A between the two T is STATES. If the A is centered between the two T then it is a WAM reverse. Such as your coin. If you are serious about wanting to acquire a 1992 CAM best bet is to save your $ and purchase one. However - it is possible to find the WAM varieties from 1998, 1999 or 2000. Diligent roll searching will yield an occasional 1998 or 2000. The 1999 is tough however. Sorry if this seems discouraging - but we need to deal with reality and the reality is your roll found 1992 CAM is not coming soon.
