Nope - that is definitely a WAM reverse.

To my eye, the best diagnostic is the spacing of the A between the two T is STATES.

If the A is centered between the two T then it is a WAM reverse. Such as your coin.

If the A is closer to the second T then it is a CAM reverse.

With a CAM, the 'FG' is further away from the Memorial, With a WAM (such as this one) the 'FG' is close to the Memorial.

Not if you are searching for an elusive 1992 CAM reverse. There are roll searchers who have literally gone through millions of cents and have never found one.

If you are serious about wanting to acquire a 1992 CAM best bet is to save your $ and purchase one.

However - it is possible to find the WAM varieties from 1998, 1999 or 2000. Diligent roll searching will yield an occasional 1998 or 2000. The 1999 is tough however.

Sorry if this seems discouraging - but we need to deal with reality and the reality is your roll found 1992 CAM is not coming soon.
