Another possible match in which I can't tell the die marks for certain. I do see the notches and slanting at the bottom of the letters in RTY, though. So - from a doubled die?

The contact mark on the bottom of the 'T' on Liberty, looks like damage on that device. The width of the spread on the ERTY doesn't look like that die number. It looks more like a normal example.
