I don't know much about these but saw it come up at auction and figured I'd pick it up and learn. The SEGS holder is certainly not best, but the coin looks pretty good and should think at least pull a 64 if I cracked it out and tried for PCGS. But from what I see this variety holds little premium so probably a losing proposition. Even so at 64 it would be POP 5/2 so up there in the registry zone.

The die clash isn't really all that amazing, but a very clear E shows up in the folds so guess that was enough to put it in the CherryPickers' Guide.
