No, sorry, that would be MD - remember that on incuse devices (such as the VDB), MD presents just opposite as those on raised ones. So, on incuse the MD will enlarge the device instead of reducing it.

And I agree no.
I just got a 2022 p where the B is a 6 and the D looks like a backwards C. Been looking for some coins where the VDB wasn't printed.
