To be honest--given the images posted--I'm not seeing doubled die features. I do see hits and digs which are likely to have pushed/shaped metal.
I see the 'lump' between the 1 and 9 in the date, but to me, I don't believe it's a DDO feature.
Please consider that you have the coin in-hand. You can tilt and turn it, you can use any lighting you wish, and use any magnification you chose. We cannot do the same. We only have your photos to work with.
