Buff grading is tough for me but this one looks nice. No obvious wear, a pretty solid strike, and few contact marks. Toning looks attractive.
MS-64 seems possible.

Could just be the pics, but luster looks off to me, like it was previously dipped, or MS70 was a play. I've seen that deep gold-burgundy-blue toning with MS70'd buffs. Could just be lighting. MS63/64

If the surfaces are original, it looks MS-64 to me.

a little too much glare from lighting. nice strike on both sides. without better photos MS64 but I think if it looks this good in hand and the toning is consistent I think its a 65 depending on marks which could be obscured
