I find a fair number of Peace dollars in Italy. Many are polished... I usually pay under €25 for any... And up to €35 for 34s and 35s. I go to a dealer that has sold me about 80-100 quarters at melt... He occasionally has other coins... I have a few 1922 p Peace dollars that were likely in necklaces etc. Curious how these are valued at an LCS in the U.S.

Polished coins are cull, all original surfaces have been stripped. Probably $20-$25.

wow Roma this one is polished within inches of its death. look at the details on the eagle. they are completely melted. I would say she is valued at melt for the silver which according to NGC today is about $20

That's about what I thought. I paid 20 euro . . . I have paid as low as 15 for these, but never over 25 euro for a 1920s Peace dollar. thanks! I think a lot of these were used in necklaces in Italy. I have pulled one out and it was equally polished.

Silver melt value.
I personally wouldn't even buy these types of coins, they have lost numismatic value.
Panzaldi- Melt is 17.89 as of right now, not even 20.

If you can get them for their melt value, I would. .7734oz silver x spot price.
