In this time a get this Lincoln penny is it a doubled ear. thanks lot .

Looks like it took a hit. I do not remember a doubled ear for that year.

On a doubled ear, the design would be enlarged on the doubled dies. On your coin it is showing a reduction. So it is either Machine Doubling, or coin contact altering the coin. Both happen post strike. But only a doubled die will create a doubled die coin. Yours is not a doubled die. If you want to see what the doubled ears look like, check out this image and enlarge the images so you can see the spread that is formed on a doubled ear.

Without the spread, the coin is just from a normal die. (Again not all the doubled dies are showing wider devices and spread that is raised on the devices/field areas) A removal of the size of the devices are not a doubled die.
