I found a strange mark on the ear. It looks like it might be an error.

If you are talking about the 2 dents on the ear, I would say that those are circulation hits.

Don't blame the phone - if it can take good 'selfies' then it can get great coin images. You just need to get a good set-up and better lighting.
You can start with using a better backdrop. I use white or grey for most of my images (using an Andrion phone) or black for some of the silver coins. Some folks use Red, for the copper coins and that seems to bring out the contrast of the coin quite well.

Looks like devices transfer from another coin. They appear mirrored and incuse on the coin. Post strike damage to this coin.
