I really like these errors which is why I keep buying them I guess. It looks like this one circulated a little while before someone set it aside. Note the weakness on reverse and the weight is spot on for these errors being about 1g underweight.

Thanks TB, The obverse layer missing on the 25c coins seem to be more available. Maybe folks don't sell the reverse missing clads as much but I am hoping to score one someday. I bid on a MS bicentennial reverse missing clad recently but that one went for over $200.
