1993 P Lincoln Cent With Obvious PMD

Found this 1993 Lincoln cent, with an obvious PMD in a bank roll with the form of a planchet clip by medal cutter of some sort? Anyway, here are 5 pics to show the damage. silviosi Pillar of the Community Canada 5111 Posts	Posted 05/25/2023 3:56 pm I am not sure this it is PMD. The traces of Cu, the zinc clip has normal structure of a crack Zn texture. I think as a big crack planchet which detach before the strike. NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. FIRST THEY WILL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL. THEN, THEY WILL BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE. Seems hard to believe that if it was a straight fault line that there would be some plating that seeped into the crack. Looks to me like it was cut after it left the mint.
