I've been going through my old proof sets and found the Lincoln cents are off tone is that going to add or devalue them? Thanks for the help

These images do not really clarify your impression that they are "off-tone". Please try to be more specific about each image.

It shouldn't hurt the value. The toning still looks fairly normal.

I've seen this before with cents in 2009 proof sets. It's a very subtle toning. Some collectors would be turned of by that, others love it.

Pic 5 looks like rim damage? As to toning, they all look just ok to me. Nothing + or - in regard to premium. But, they will probably keep toning so how they end up is anyone's guess.
