That is a real mirror finish. I would personally save that one as a wonderful example. Maybe the dies were polished more than usual?

Difficult to tell from just images. Its better to see the coin in person, as lighting can sometimes give a proof like effect. But I agree, if you think it stands out from the other coins, I would set it aside and maybe show it to a few people at a coin show in person.

They all seem to be very reflective when new. Bad pic but you get the idea.
