It is in the right spot for a die chip, but might instead be a zinc blister. Can it be depressed at all with the tip of a wooden toothpick?

Just a question for everyone here. Have there been any BIE die chips been found and recorded for a 1994 zinc cent?

Although I am new to the sport and have made many wrong "idendifications" I do alot of research and reading. I do like to get yalls input and have learned alot from feedback and links sent in responses to my questions. Would it be more benificial for me to post a link to what I think I am seeing in the future?
