Found this 1966 Half Dollar. What would you grade it and does anyone know why it's a different color? See the comparison in the photo of this half dollar vs another half dollar.

It's also 40% silver which is why it looks lighter than the other half

40% silver were minted in San Francisco in 1976. They were released in three coin sets (with a 40% silver quarter and 40% silver dollar). They will have the S mint mark on them. Your 1976 was minted in Philadelphia (not mint mark) and is the normal copper-nickel clad.

I'm thinking low AU, for the grade. The toning was caused by some environmental factors.
