I'm 99% sure it's PMD however, the gash under the eagles right wing looks odd to me. It has what looks like ridges in it. see pic 3. I just wanted to make sure before I discount it as anything special. Thanks

I appears like the quarter was heated up then another quarter was placed in a vise with this one and pressed together..
