How can that be certified and not be considered a coin damaged post mint?  |

I was wondering the same thing. Technically it's a damaged coin. A details grade would be more appropriate. Seems that some TPG's are sinking to a level of "anything for a buck" "Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I agree...but Mel Wack's counterstamps are very collectible....
