This is the physically the biggest coin in my collection a 38 mm diameter silver (weight 24.8 grams) 1854 2 1/2 Guilden Netherlands coin. The obverse features a relief of the King William the third and the reverse shows a crown and the royal standard, a lion with a sword. My microscope stage is unable to show a full picture of this coin because of the rack and pinon focus so I only took three pictures which shows the obverse, reverse, and the date of the coin. I picked the date closeup because the stylized 5 looks like a 6 but I believe it's a 5. This coin came from my sister who gave me a small collection of foreign coins. Coin shows wear and I wish I knew the full story about where this coin has been during it's 170 years! Thanks for looking and let me know your thoughts. Yes I could take pics with my phone but I have a hand tremor so its tough! Yes I looked at Numista's website. Regards all.
