1853 Seated Liberty Dime With Arrows Attribute Help Large Die Break

I can't find any reference with the large die crack/die break from the right arrow through the last star. Reverse is slightly rotated too. The right arrow is above the 3, left arrow touches bottom of base. 5 seems slanted down too. I know the condition is poor. But I would think such a major crack/break would be easily identified. Also, how do you tell the hubbed dates from unhubbed dates? Thank you. Report this Post to the Staff

Notice how metal has been moved to the right and it extends over the rim. I can't say much about the arrows without a better closeup picture, but circulation flattening probably has something to do with what you see.
