Looks like a bite was taken out of it on reverse near nt in cent and appears folded opposite on obverse.
Looked for examples but didn't find anything just like it. Judging by the other marks I'm guessing PMD but just want to be sure. Please and thank you in advance for your knowledge

I agree with you that it's PMD. It also appears to have been cleaned at some point.

Agree rather severe damage and probably harshly cleaned at some point.

There is no way for that to happen during the striking of the coin
so that means it is PMD, no matter how it happened.

One of the first things to learn is, that when you have damage below the surface of the coin and corresponding buildup of metal, 99.9% of the time it's damage. It can't happen in the minting of the coin.

Thank you all! I come across and save a lot of shiny coins if they appear to be in better condition than they "should be" for their age... How can I tell if it's from cleaning? I'm not necessarily collecting them . Just make sure to throw them in the jar instead of spending them. Often upon a second inspection, I notice things I hadn't previously and put them back in the spend pile (just a habit from years of serving, getting tips and operating a cash register).. how can I tell I'm holding something cleaned and not it's natural state?
