Would this coin be a DDR or is the frosting offset? In the third image below, the bottom curve of C in America, you can see there is a third outline that looks similar to Machine Doubling, but there are two other layers below that doesn't look flat and shelf like.

Looks like Machine Doubling to me.

Would MD produce the notches as well? The I & A in America looks as if they have notching, but I could be wrong.
