Are those planchet striations on both the obverse and reverse? And if so, do they add value to a coin like this? As usual, THANKS!

They look like roller lines from the sheet metal preparation before the planchet was punched. If so, there's no added value.

Well, when it left the mint, the striations were probably not visible on the bright shiny metal. They only became visible as the coin aged.
