I think there's enough left to get it to G-04 or G-06, but definitely a details coin.

Where'd ya get it from E&V? It's got enough detail left on it for possibly a VG08 - it's just in rough condition damage wise,

I agree with it being a G-06/VG-08 details coin. Half Dimes sure had to fend off the bigger and heavier coin purse bullies, and this one's a survivor.

Coins like this are great educational pieces. It's fun to hand people a Half Cent, large cent, Two Cent, Three Cent, and Half Dime, and ask them to figure out how many different ways they could make change for a dime in that era.

PCGS would probably slab it with a G (details) 98 code (damaged)
