No. The 1982 George Washington and 1993 James Madison/Bill of Rights half dollars are silver.

Yep, those are the only two modern 90% silver commemorative halves that I'm aware of....

thank you, bidding on a local on line auction, they have 10 of the 1982, but what got me wondering they described another half dollar as silver, but when I checked Red Book it said clad. glad I did not bid on it, hopefully I will win several of the 1982
