As for me, a safe stores my collection. It's bolted to the floor, for obvious reasons. I have book sets, cigar boxes, coin flips, coin rolls & bank bags. As a precaution, I keep a dehumidifier in my safe. You'd be surprised how much moisture I pull out of my safe annually.

Safe deposit box at the bank. Downsides are I rarely get to see my collection, plus annual fees which are quite reasonable for the peace of mind in my estimation.

I keep some of my collection at home in safe with dehumidifier nearby. I have security cameras on each side of my house and a few security cams inside I only turn on when away from home overnight. My cams can alert me on my cell phone if there's activity. Some of my collection is at bank box. I like the idea of storing in two places in case something bad happens to one I'll at least have the other.

I did not plan to have multiple security cams. Like many people I started with just one doorbell cam then got more, kind of a hobby trying different cam models and their features.

Some years ago the University of North Carolina did a research study interviewing inmates convicted of burglary. The inmates said they usually avoided breaking into homes where they could hear a dog inside, when neighbors were outside in their yards and when they saw security cams on the house. So dogs, good neighbors and cams help prevent your stuff from being taken.

The best security for home storage is do not tell people it's there. Numerous news reports of burglaries/robberies happened after somebody showed off their collection to someone.
