Hello,

Im having a hard time telling if its doubling last A on Maya and Elou on angelou. I know you guys say try to match it with the websites. But this is telling me it is one? Because it does not look like its no cutting into the letters. Also is that a crack on lips? Thanks!

Yes (to my eyes) appears to be a crack on his lip.
As far as the reverse, could it be part of the design? I haven't studied enough of these to know.

I agree with the MD and die crack around the lips diagnosis.

This is an interesting one. Looks like there is doubling to the north and a separate doubling to the east. Neither look definitively like MD based on photos alone imo, but I'm not 100% on it being a DDR either.

The doubling to the east is very similar to the doubled master die but appears to be slightly stronger. (And also the master die is on Philly coins. Not known on Denver).

OOPS! I missed that this is a Denver (One of the reasons that pics of full obverse and reverse are important )
