Well, as I am sure you may have already figured out, I am just wondering what you all see common wheats go for.
Thanks

It's been a while since I've sold them, but I think they're going for about 4 cents each sold in bulk.

Actually I just bought 5 rolls on ebay for $4.99 per roll and free shipping. I think I got a fair deal. I was going through the sellers feedback a couple of pages in and somebody posted they got a 1914-D!

Seems a little steep...
I am probably going to pick some up at $1.75 roll (3.5 cents per) and hang on to em for a while...
Anyone see these guys start jumping anytime soon?

I guess it depends on the copper prices? Copper prices have been going quite wild this year.

yes 2009 They are going to change the penny so I see a jump in interest in lincolns with all the new people who have come in an I think even the commons will rise in price and start to dry up

The coin shop I frequent was paying Two Cents apiece for common wheaties, but that was awhile back before copper prices started going goofy.

IF the price of copper continues as it has been going- (and it probably will) Then those wheaties that people have stored up in bags will probably go to the melting pot. COpper today hit $7000 per tonne. Now that is a hefty price. Of course there will be those who will search- search- But have you noticed how many are supposedly not searched. Anyway, this would make common dates worth more than 3cents. Whoever sells with free shipping simply wants to get rid of them- here is the link that quoted $7,000
