This Trime has great detail, but has it been dipped? Or is this natural?

Looks great and original to me. I see a die clash which might be taking away some detail. Oh it mentions that in the description. Doh.
Anyway, I bet it fetches $315.00 final bid. That's my guess

Tough call for me. It definitely has the possibility of being cleaned. Regardless, that is a beautiful coin, even if it has been messed with. I would love to own it as a type example.

BEAUTIFUL coin! Man, I would love this coin!

I also think it's going to go above $350 for final cost...

(edited to add: Wow, it went for a LOT less than I would have guessed! I may need to rethink my 3 cent Silver collection!)

I wouldn't be surprised. This is a nice one, from a good seller. There's still a market on ebay; it's just tougher on the less well-known sellers than it's been in the past.

Wouldn't be surprised either, and I am considering a bid. He's a good seller; have bought from him before...was surprised to win lol...

The coin looks pretty good to me. I don't think it has been cleaned but then again we can't see it in hand. That's actually a better date than most people realize, especially in Unc.

Condition looks good, eye appeal is not so great.... I would say this coin will sell for no more than $300 USD... This seller often has stuff that I want, too bad they refuse to ship to Canada.

Dangit, cop to it folks.

Who sniped it!?. I know we all were watching it. It ended at only 154 dollars.

Jim- for the record...you suck, but it was a great snipe. I give you credit for that.

Welcome to the boards. Glad it went to one of us.
