Purchased $100 in halves from my bank (all they had) to search today. Found nothing before 1971 however found a bunch of 1998 P that look really good, I mean brand spankin new. I looked for some on ebay and came across item # 190430974270 described as 1986-1998 40% silver halves. I thought they quit putting silver in them in 1971. I'll try to get a pic of these beauties ASAP.

1970 was the last year for the 40% silver. Looks like a mistake in the listing... and it's closed.
Nice to find the 98 P's... could have come from an orginal roll!
