Usually, I would not buy a coin like this that I can afford in better condition but I couldn't pass up on the deal nor the amazing look of this coin. 100% original. By the way, the "S" is NOT mangled, but the scan just picked it up that way (just a coloration difference it didn't image quite right). The coin is actually a little darker than the images here but it looks gorgeous for what it is. With the exception of a very minor rim disturbance (obverse at 4 o'clock), there's not a single detracting mark on the coin. I love it!
