Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows a little history behind this coin, I've had it for years and just came across it the other day. And, if it has any significant value? Thanks

to CCF!

Your coin has been counterstamped and has no collector value. You see them in all forms from kennedy, to flags, to Free Masons, to hearts, you name it!

They are cool, though. I don't go out of my way to look for them, but if I find them roll searching - I hang on to them!

I collect modern counter stamped pennys. Yours is circulated which really decreases the value. Uncirculated ones can go from a couple dollars to $10 and even higher on ebay.

Check a couple of these out:

LOL - no, no pineapple. I found one with a flag on it the day after Veteran's day. One day earlier and I would have posted it!
