Prices don't rise this fast naturally. Something is going to pop, I just know it....

Now all I have to do is sit back and wait for a good time to buy. (After selling before the bubble deflates of course )

I'm just the opposite, I see a $5 gain here in the near future. When to sell, well....that's another question.

That's why most of my money is in collectibles not as subject to the whims of speculators.

Silver is going to pop.....then what?

Then I believe it will go right back up until
it reaches it's historical ratio to gold of 16 to 1
I just hope when it pop's it goes down to the 4-5 dollar
range so that I can get in on buying bricks

Until then

I did not just pop. After the gains it has made this past week, a 70 cent loss is not a burst. There was some profit taking, that's it.

I sure hope the heck not I just bought 500 dimes for $1350 about a $100 less then Melt value. It does feel like I am buying into an inflated market though so I guess we will see.

I'm holding with a tight grip until the GSR is at least 15:1, then i'll trade in half my stack. Not selling for anyone or anything until then! :P

I am thinking that when the economy finally stabilizes then you might see a decrease...

I would get quite wary around 50 dollars an ounce tho...

That's how I felt when I started stacking at $13.00/oz. Then again at $18.00, then it hung around at $26.00 for a while and every purchase felt like it was too high. Same at $30.00. I'll probably feel the same way at $50.00, then again at $70.00, etc.

But the question is...when will the economy stabilize? Dems and Reps are going head to head in a pointless battle that gets less done than
doing nothing.

Yes, eventually the economy will stabilize-once people get the push to search harder for jobs. Giving people money doesn't help anyone.
Except the popularity of the politicians.

it was down a bit more than .70...It hit 41.50 on Sunday, and nearly 42 in Hong Kong before it sold off to 40 and change. I would guess it's some profit taking, but who knows.

ok hold on...

if and when the economy does stabilize, I do not believe the price of silver will be affected that much. why? because:

silver is an industrial metal. it is not like gold, a fear factor metal that is not as industrious as silver by any means. Lately, I am sure, silver has been run to because it is seen as golds red headed step child. but you have to remember, that when the dollar rebounds, GOLD will most likely be the only metal that will drop. right now there is a silver shortage. do some research. and you wil see that the supply does not meet the demand. we will see some short up and down swings, but in the long term, expect silver to be the Thoroughbred in this situation... I am no prophet, if I was I would be RICH.. PMs are risky. and in my opinion, I would stick to collecting for your sets. I'm not to worried about a drop. I really doubt there will be one...
