I was putting together some modern Danscos from mint sets for resale and was wondering if the 1971 and 1972 P&D Ikes were only found in circulation?

The 1971 and 1972 mint sets did not have Ike dollars.

I have never seen any mint products that had the P or D Ike coins.

Maybe some sort of gift set from the store at the mint, but I have not
seen anything like that.

So as far as I know all 71 and 72 P and D's were met for circulation

If you are just talking about the 71 and 72 you are correct. If you mean any Ikes then no all the mint sets 73 - 78 had them.
