Depending on the size I think it is RIC 13, an AE3 with Obv: IMPCVALLICINLICINIVSPFAVG - Laureate head right. Rev: IOVICONSERVATORI Exe: A/SMN - Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe and scepter; eagle to left. 311-317 (Nicomedia). Here is an example: What is in the field I am having a hard time making out. I believe there is an A, but there is also what appears to be a N.
