Best I can do is Jovinus, Jovian or Julian II. Can't seem to match it up. I would guess the more experienced of you will ID it just by the portrait. Thanks...

Actually, I believe the coin in question is a Licinius I. Depending on the size I think it is RIC 13, an AE3 with Obv: IMPCVALLICINLICINIVSPFAVG - Laureate head right. Rev: IOVICONSERVATORI Exe: A/SMN - Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe and scepter; eagle to left. 311-317 (Nicomedia). Here is an example:

What is in the field I am having a hard time making out. I believe there is an A, but there is also what appears to be a N.

I'll keep working on this, but thought I'd let you know what I think

Its 'N' over Delta in the right field indicating it was made in workshop 4.

Indeed it is Licinius I - RIC VII Nicomedia 15, RIC states years of mintage as 313-317.
