I found this 1979 1 cent and it has this sort of dot on the queens neck, I would like to know if it is error or damage, and if it is an error, what could be its value. Also the last A in CANADA is messed up. There could also be other errors on it:

Post mint damage. The obverse looks like it was at the end of a roll, with an automatic rolling machine, then circulated.
