looks MS to me but I am no expert on the series. The one I put in my 7070 album looked pretty close to this one though so I am pretty sure its just MS and not proof.


Edit: I may be wrong on this because looking at other graded examples of this series , they look close to this one also so I would wait for someone that knows the series to respond

Judging by the amount of cartwheel luster present, it is most likely a business strike.

I would agree that this is most likely a business strike. It does not seem to have the reflectivity or the strike a proof would have.

This. The multiple strikes of a Proof tend to obliterate the microstructure on the surface which creates "cartwheel;" I do not generally expect Proofs to exhibit cartwheel luster.

I'm not an expert either.... but based on the seller taking not so great photos and having a no return policy; I figured they posted it as a proof to get a much higher bid than it is worth. Bummer for the winner.
