Gecko Valued Member Australia 278 Posts	Posted 09/12/2011 03:42 am Hello all, Just wanted to say today I feel like I have gone from a hobby collecting to coin collector. I went out and got my first boxes of 2x2 coin flips. :) I have spent half the day getting them out of my coin albums and into the flips and stapling them closed. They look much better now but I am needing to get a few more sizes. I got 3 boxes of Australian $1, 50c, and 20c. I filled almost all of them and used left overs for some american coins I had. Gecko Valued Member Australia 278 Posts	Posted 09/13/2011 12:02 am Yeah I have a lot of different staples but I found the flattest ones I had. I also got a 30x loupe while I was there too! I didnt want to use tape as I didnt want the risk of residue coming off of it. But wow they look like a real collection now! Everything facing the right way and sitting straight! Unless you're using a flat-clinch stapler or you plan on removing the staples again in the near future, clamp 'em down with pliers. Just don't make the same mistake I made when I was a new collector, and use a hammer to flatten the staples.
